NouveauSuite Companion / Privacy

Privacy Policy

This policy describes the native NouveauSuite provider companion and these public pages. Business records are processed by the configured NouveauSuite workspace; the business using that workspace is responsible for its own client-service data practices.

Last updated: October 12, 2026 · Applies to the development/beta scope described below.

Identity and workspace

Native sign-in uses the configured Clerk identity service. The companion asks the NouveauSuite API to verify an authorized provider principal and business roles before loading records. Identity-provider account information and credentials are handled by the SDK/service under its policy.

Records accessed

Depending on your role and actions, the app accesses business/provider schedules, client contact/profile information, notes, visit history, form requirement summaries, appointments, booking selections, checkout totals/payment observations and Daily Close issues. The workspace stores authorized creates, edits and other confirmed actions.

Purpose and access controls

These records support your business’s appointment and client operations. Backend permissions and tenant boundaries govern access. The companion does not replace those rules, accept a client-selected tenant as authority or make an uncertain network response proof of success.

Information on the phone

The companion holds protected workspace state in memory and does not save a local client, appointment or photo database. UserDefaults retains connection/public configuration and identity-cleanup state. The identity SDK manages credentials in secure device storage. This does not prevent screenshots, exported copies elsewhere or access on a compromised/unlocked device.

Transmission and third parties

API requests use the configured HTTPS workspace with session credentials. Redirects and unexpected origins are refused by the native transport. Clerk processes identity; the workspace’s configured hosting/database and any separately enabled service integrations process their respective data. No camera, photo-library, push, native media transfer or LUXVUE image exchange is provided by this companion slice.

Sign-out and app switching

Sign-out, identity changes and rejected/revoked sessions clear protected state and invalidate stale responses. A privacy cover is displayed when inactive; physical snapshot timing still needs acceptance. Backgrounding currently clears unsaved drafts before identity revalidation. Sign-out is not account or business-record deletion.

Retention and deletion

Server records follow the business workspace’s record-retention and access rules; uninstalling the app does not remove them. Ask the business administrator and support about account or record requests. Appointment, signed-form, financial and audit records may require separate retention review rather than blanket deletion. No universal deletion period is promised here.

Account and release limits

Identity-provider deletion and NouveauSuite business membership/records are separate scopes. A complete self-service companion account-deletion flow is not established. The actual production workspace, live identity setup, retention obligations and store privacy disclosures must be reconciled before distribution.

These public pages and support email

These static product pages add no advertising, analytics scripts, account sign-in, tracking cookies or embedded third-party fonts. The website host still receives ordinary connection/request information needed to serve and protect the site. If you email support, your address, message and any attachments are processed by the mailbox/email services to respond and handle the request; provide only what is necessary.

Your choices and requests

Use available app controls, device permissions and the separate data-deletion page for product-specific choices. You may contact support to ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available to you. Identity and authority must be verified before records are disclosed or changed. No response deadline or outcome is guaranteed by sending an email.

Security and policy changes

No device, hosting service or software system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and credentials. Material changes to data practices require an updated policy and appropriate notice before the changed behavior is distributed.
