By downloading, installing, or using LunaCycle, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of service

LunaCycle is a mobile application designed to help users track menstrual cycles, symptoms, reminders, education, support profiles, and optional athletic context. Core app data is stored locally on the device.

Eligibility

• The app includes experiences for users of different ages.
• Users under 18 should use the app with appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
• Care Circle should only be used for profiles the adult user is authorized to manage.

Medical disclaimer

LunaCycle is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

LunaCycle should not be used as a birth-control method. Cycle and fertility estimates may be inaccurate. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services.

Your responsibilities

• Enter information accurately when you choose to track it.
• Protect your device using an operating-system passcode and other appropriate security controls.
• Protect any exports or backups you create outside the app.
• Use Care Circle only when you have appropriate authorization.

Privacy and your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. LunaCycle is designed around local storage and does not operate a cloud account or cloud database for ordinary app data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Care Circle

Adults using Care Circle are responsible for managing supported profiles appropriately and respecting the privacy of the people they support. Care Circle is not a substitute for legal consent requirements or professional care.

Prohibited uses

You may not use LunaCycle for illegal purposes, circumvent security controls, use the app to harm another person, distribute unauthorized copies, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Third-party integrations

Optional health-platform integrations are controlled by operating-system permissions. Third-party platforms and external resources are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

LunaCycle, its software, design, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of your own entered data.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunaCycle is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of predictions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, data loss, device loss, or health outcomes arising from use of the app. Any liability will be limited to the amount paid for the app, if any, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to the app or terms

Features, requirements, and these terms may change over time. Material terms changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, product notice before or when the change takes effect.

Termination

You may stop using LunaCycle at any time. The app may also be changed or discontinued. Local data remains subject to the deletion behavior described in the Privacy Policy and the device operating system.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a formal claim, contact support@anthonylavear.com so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing use of LunaCycle unless additional store-specific terms apply.
