Terms of Use

Product-specific terms for Drinkfolio. Developer: Anthony LaVear. Contact: support@anthonylavear.com.

Last updated: October 12, 2026 · Applies to the development/beta scope described below.

Scope and acceptance

These terms cover Drinkfolio and these public product pages. By using the product, you agree to the terms applicable to your build. If you do not agree, stop using it. A public webpage is not a release announcement or an entitlement to a development build.

What the product does

Drinkfolio helps users capture and confirm beverages, maintain private experience history and compare selected options using deterministic recommendations and reviewed evidence.

Development availability

Drinkfolio is a working prototype with newer menu, venue and personal-tools features on development branches. Production session authentication, operational release controls and combined native/physical-camera acceptance remain open.

Responsible discovery

Alcohol-related use is limited to adults of legal drinking age in their location. Do not use the app to encourage excessive consumption, unsafe behavior or underage access. Drinkfolio does not sell alcohol or give medical advice.

Evidence and prices

Recommendations, product matches, palate signals and venue publications may be incomplete or wrong. Confirm labels, ingredients, allergens, serving details, availability and prices independently. They are not a guarantee of safety, suitability or future enjoyment.

Contributions and publication

Submit only information you have permission to provide. Private tasting history is separate from catalog proposals and firsthand venue reports. Reviewed aggregate publications may remain until refreshed or withdrawn; a report is not automatically a verified catalog fact.

Your data and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the information you provide. You are responsible for its accuracy, your authority to provide it, your device/account security and any exports or backups you create. Do not submit confidential information without authorization. Use the product only for lawful intended purposes and do not bypass access or security controls.

Privacy

The product-specific Privacy Policy describes the reviewed data practices. Visiting the website does not authorize app data collection, a provider request or a business-record change. Use the appropriate in-app permission and confirmation controls.

Software and intellectual property

The product’s software, original design and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use an available authorized build for its intended purpose. Third-party services, models and package content retain their own applicable terms.

Charges and third-party services

This website does not take payments or activate a subscription. Any future paid product offering requires disclosed pricing and applicable purchase terms. Separately configured providers and services may have their own charges, availability, terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, development software is provided as available and without a promise of uninterrupted service, exact results or freedom from defects. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Do not rely on a development build as the sole copy of important information or the only continuity process for a business.

Stopping use and deletion

You may stop using the product. Sign-out, uninstall, account closure, business-record deletion and deletion of exports can have different effects. Review the data-deletion guidance before removing an app or account.

Changes, governing law and contact

Material product or terms changes will be reflected by an updated date and appropriate notice. Missouri law governs except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Contact the developer about a concern before escalating it; no mandatory arbitration or waiver of non-waivable rights is created here.

Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A separate authorized business-service or store agreement may add terms for the service it covers.
