The problem we’re solving

Find the choice that fits you.

Private taste historyAvailable-set comparisonsVisible confidence and sources

A label or a crowded menu rarely tells you which option matches your own preferences. Drinkfolio connects the options in front of you with your private experience history, while making uncertainty, prices and the source of each claim visible.

For thoughtful beverage discovery. Alcohol-related use is for adults of legal drinking age in their location; the app does not sell alcohol or reward drinking more.

Inside the current development work

A closer look.

Concrete workflows, with development boundaries kept in view.

01

Capture and confirm

Barcode scanning and manual entry connect to canonical product lookup. Unknown-product contributions go through review instead of becoming facts automatically.

02

Keep your own history

Record reactions, choose-again preferences and notes. Newer development work adds owned-history corrections, deletion and account-export controls.

03

Understand your palate

Category-specific signals describe patterns in eligible private history, with confidence and evidence limits. Sparse history stays visibly uncertain.

04

Compare what’s here

Safe Bet, Best Value and Something New compare a chosen available set. Value uses observed prices in the selected set, not an invented market price.

05

From a menu to a shortlist

Newer development branches connect on-device menu OCR and reviewed product matching to comparison. Confirm the match and price before using them.

06

Venue information with context

Development venue browsing shows dated published information, reports and prices. Professional/operator review governs publication; availability is not real-time.

The experience

A clear path through.

Begin with context. Make a deliberate choice. Review what happens next.

Capture what’s available

Scan a known barcode, enter it manually or review a menu match in a supporting development build.

Confirm the choices

Build your private available set and verify product identity, category and any observed price.

Compare, then reflect

Choose a mode, read the explanations and confidence, and record your own reaction if you want to.

Data & control

A taste profile should be yours.

Experience history and comparison sets are private account data. Palate signals are rebuilt from eligible evidence. Venue reports follow a separate, reviewed publication path rather than exposing your private tasting notes.

Before you begin

Good questions.

Is there a public app download?

No official public store release is established here. Development access and features vary by build; public download links will be added when distribution is confirmed.

What does Best Value mean?

Relative affordability among the confirmed options and observed comparable prices you selected. Missing or incomparable prices are not fabricated, and it is not a market-price guarantee.

Why does a result say limited confidence?

Product identity, permitted source evidence and the amount of relevant private history affect confidence. An uncertain result should remain uncertain.

Are tasting notes public?

Private reactions and notes are account data. Firsthand venue reports and reviewed catalog proposals are separate flows; publishing an aggregate does not publish your private history.

Is venue availability live?

No. A published snapshot has a date and can become stale. Check the venue directly before relying on availability, serving details or prices.

Can I correct or delete my history?

Newer personal-tools builds include corrections, owned deletion and account export/closure logic. Those features need the appropriate authenticated deployment; the shared development account cannot be closed.
