Career Goals

My career is built on a foundation of operational discipline, continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering measurable outcomes. As I continue to grow professionally, I have identified clear short-term and long-term goals that align with my passion for business analysis, technology leadership, and AI-driven innovation.

Short-Term Goals

1. Complete MS in IT Management – I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in IT Management at Western Governors University, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027. This degree will deepen my understanding of strategic IT leadership and organizational management.
2. Expand AI and LLM Expertise – Continue developing custom AI assistants and contributing to AI-related patent submissions. My goal is to become a recognized subject matter expert in applying large language models to business analysis workflows.
3. Strengthen Mentorship Impact – Scale my mentoring practice by creating structured onboarding playbooks and quality gates that can be adopted across teams and portfolios.
4. Publish a Udemy Course – Create and publish at least one course on Udemy by the end of 2026, sharing practical knowledge in business analysis, AI-enabled workflows, or Agile delivery.

Long-Term Goals

1. Transition to IT Leadership – Move into a Director or VP-level role where I can shape technology strategy, govern delivery standards, and drive enterprise-wide innovation initiatives.
2. Publish Thought Leadership – Author articles and present at industry conferences on topics including AI-enabled business analysis, requirements governance, and Agile transformation.
3. Build a Consulting Practice – Leverage my experience across healthcare, pharmaceutical, banking, and retail industries to offer consulting services focused on business analysis maturity and AI adoption.
